Txoj Kev Academy exists because two Hmong SEOs got tired of watching people they grew up with hand over every good hour of their life for an hourly wage, and get told that was the deal.
Our name
Txoj kev means the path.
In Hmong, txoj kev is the road. The way through. Our families have taken a few. Out of the mountains. Across the river. Into a camp, then onto a plane, then into a plant or a farm or a line somewhere cold.
They walked those roads so the next one would be easier to walk. This is just the next one. We picked the name because what we teach is not a trick or a hack, it is a road. You start where you are, you learn a real skill in a real order, and you keep walking until the money shows up. Nobody gets carried. But nobody walks it alone either.

Family is the point, not the reward. A business that eats every weekend is just a job you own. We teach you to build one that bends around the people you built it for, because that was the whole reason.
A real skill, not a shortcut
No get-rich scripts, no secret loophole that dies with the next update. You learn how search actually works so you can adapt when it changes, and it always changes.
Start where you are
Module 1 assumes you know nothing about SEO, and that is fine. Plenty of people start it on a phone after second shift with the kids finally asleep. That still counts.
Honest about the work
This takes months, not weekends, and we will say so on the call. Anyone promising you $10K by next Friday is selling you something else.
Who teaches it
Two working SEOs. Not two marketers.
Every module is taught by the person who actually does that part of the job. You can see which one on each module in the curriculum.

Joe teaches the groundwork, how search engines actually work, the three pillars, backlinks and anchor text, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization. He also opens the course with the honest version of what the path to $10K/month looks like.

Chris teaches the hands-on half, titles and metas, headers and keyword placement, internal linking, keyword research and topical maps, and building a WordPress site from a bare domain through technical SEO and Search Console.
