From zero to your own $10K month, in order.
Nine modules that take you from “what even is SEO” to sending your first invoice, then a 90-day plan to turn that one client into a book of business you own.

Txoj kev, the path
Five steps from zero to paid.
Our name means the path. This is it, in order, with nothing skipped between where you are now and your first client.
-
Step 01
Learn how Google actually works
The three pillars, how search engines crawl and rank, and the myths that keep beginners stuck. No jargon, no assumptions.
-
Step 02
Build a real website you own
Domains, hosting, WordPress, plugins and technical SEO, applied to a live site rather than a slide deck.
-
Step 03
Find the keywords that pay
Search intent, long-tail vs short-tail, topical maps and local SEO. You finish with your own keyword sheet.
-
Step 04
Land your first paying client
Google Business Profiles, citations, pricing retainers, reporting, and the Upwork profile that gets you hired.
-
The goal
Scale toward $10K a month
SOPs, VA management and the 90-Day Challenge. One contract becomes a repeatable book of business.

Every module is taught by Joe or Chris and builds on the last. Open any one to see exactly what is inside.

After you graduate
The 90-Day Challenge.
Finishing the course is not the finish line, getting paid is. The challenge is a day-by-day plan on Upwork that starts the moment you graduate.
Days 1-15
Set up & learn. Account, profile, photo and niches. Connects, RSS and the Chrome plugins that let you answer a job before anyone else does.
Days 16-45
Gain momentum. Proposals built with ChatGPT from proven templates. Start small, deliver fast, and get the first reviews on the board.
Days 46-75
Build authority. Case studies from the work you have delivered, sharper client communication, and contracts and milestones that protect you.
Days 76-90
Scale & systemize. Raise your pricing, move fixed-fee work onto retainers, and write the first SOPs so the work stops depending on you.
What you need
You do not need much to start.
No degree, no agency background, no expensive tool stack. Module 4 runs on free keyword tools and Google Search Console.
A computer
You will be building a WordPress site, so a laptop or desktop. Phone-only will not cut it for the build modules.
A small budget
A domain and basic hosting for your practice site. Covered in Module 5, we show you what to buy and what to skip.
Consistent hours
A few real hours a week, every week, beats a marathon weekend once a month. Time management is its own lesson in Module 8.
Willingness to be bad first
Your first site will be rough and your first proposal will get ignored. Everyone’s does. The ones who win are the ones still sending them in week six.
Choose your lane
One skill. Two ways to build with it.
Start with the core course and work it yourself, or apply for the advanced track when you are ready to scale past your own hours.

Questions
Nyob zoo. Ask us anything.
I have never done anything technical. Is this too advanced?
No. Module 1 starts at what SEO actually is and how search engines work. If you can use a phone and a browser, you can follow the course. The website module walks you through domains, hosting and WordPress step by step.
Do I need to speak Hmong to join?
No. The course is taught in English. We built Txoj Kev Academy for the Hmong community because that is who we are and who we want to see win, but everyone is welcome.
Can I really get clients in my own community?
That is usually the fastest first win. Hmong-owned restaurants, auto shops, salons, insurance agents and family farms almost never have anyone doing their SEO, and most have not even claimed their Google Business Profile. You already have the trust that a stranger cold-emailing them does not.
I already work second shift. When would I even do this?
Most of our students do it in the hours they already have: after the kids are down, before a shift, on a day off. Nothing in the course is live-or-lose-it, and time management is covered directly in Module 8.
How much time does this take each week?
Most students work through it around a full-time job. The modules are built to be taken in order at your own pace, and time management is covered directly in Module 8.
Is $10K a month guaranteed?
No, and be careful of anyone who guarantees it. $10K/month is the target the curriculum is built toward, and the arithmetic is not magic: ten local clients on a $1,000 monthly retainer, or five on $2,000. Module 7 covers how to price and hold those retainers. Whether you get there depends on the work you put in.
What is the 90-Day Challenge?
A structured 90-day plan on Upwork that you start after graduation: days 1-15 set up and learn, 16-45 gain momentum, 46-75 build authority, 76-90 scale and systemize.
Do I need to buy expensive SEO tools?
Not to start. Module 4 teaches keyword research on free tools (Google Keyword Planner and Ubersuggest), plus Google Search Console, which is free.
What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced programs?
Basic is the full core course: all nine modules, from foundations to the Upwork 90-Day Challenge. Advanced goes into scaling, tracking, conversion, analytics, SOPs, team and the monthly SEO routine, and is sold by application after a conversation.
Can I do this while keeping my job?
Yes. That is how most people should start. Build the skill and land the first clients while you still have income coming in, then decide when to make the jump.
Enrollment
The next step is a conversation, not a checkout.
Tell us where you are starting from and which track fits. If the basic course is all you need, we will say that too.
